General questions
How do I get a quote?
Send us an inquiry with the car you want, through the form on our website or on WhatsApp. We quote each car individually and reply with a quote for that car.
Are the cars on your website ready to ship?
No. They are examples of what we can source. We buy each car at a Japanese auction after you approve your quote.
Do I have to buy once I send an inquiry?
No. An inquiry is not an order. We only buy a car after you have approved your quote.
Can I ask for a car that is not on your website?
Yes. The cars on our website are examples only. Tell us any Japanese car you want and we will look for it at auctions in Japan.
What paperwork do you handle?
We handle the Japanese export documentation and shipping. Import clearance in your country can be done by you, by our clearing service or by a third-party clearing service.
What if I am not sure which model I want?
Tell us how you will use the car and what matters to you, and we will suggest suitable Japanese models.

We ship to the United Kingdom, the UAE (Dubai) and Pakistan.
Importing to the United Kingdom
Do you ship to the UK?
Yes. We buy the car at auction in Japan, handle the Japanese export paperwork and ship it to the UK.
Who clears the car through UK customs?
You can clear the car yourself, use our clearing service or use a third-party clearing service. If you choose door-step delivery, we arrange delivery to your address.
Where can I check the current UK import rules?
Check GOV.UK, which publishes the official guidance on importing vehicles, customs, vehicle approval and DVLA registration.
Importing to the UAE (Dubai)
Do you ship to Dubai?
Yes. We buy the car at auction in Japan, handle the Japanese export paperwork and ship it to Dubai.
Who clears the car through customs in Dubai?
You can clear the car yourself, use our clearing service or use a third-party clearing service. If you choose door-step delivery, we arrange delivery to your address.

Check the official Dubai Customs and Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) websites, or ask your clearing agent.
Importing to Pakistan
Do you ship to Pakistan?
Yes. We buy the car at auction in Japan, handle the Japanese export paperwork and ship it to Pakistan.

You can clear the car yourself, use our clearing service or use a third-party clearing service. If you choose door-step delivery, we arrange delivery to your address.
Where can I check the current Pakistan import rules?
Check the official Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Pakistan Customs websites, or ask your clearing agent, before you request a car.
Delivery and clearance
How will I receive my car?
Choose door-step delivery arranged by us, collect the car from the port and clear the import documents yourself, or collect it from the port and use a clearing service, ours or a third party.
Can you deliver the car to my home?
Yes. Door-step delivery is one of our three delivery options. You can also collect the car from the port.
